Admission Process

IAEM's admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and student-friendly. You can visit our campus, meet the admissions team, explore our diverse course offerings, and choose the program that best aligns with your career aspirations.

Once you've selected your course, simply submit the completed admission form along with required documents — including mark sheets, government ID (Aadhaar/PAN card), recent passport-size photographs, and academic certificates.

After verification, your admission is confirmed upon payment via Cash, UPI, NEFT, or RTGS. Our dedicated IAEM support team guides you at every stage, ensuring a smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free admission experience.

IAEM Admissions Process

Eligibility Criteria

A transparent breakdown of our prerequisites ensuring that every admitted student is prepared for our rigorous curriculum.

Diploma Programs (After 12th)

Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized, accredited board. A minimum aggregate of 50% is highly recommended for competitive consideration across all Diploma courses in Event Management and Hospitality.

10+2 Appearing Students

Students awaiting their 12th board results may apply provisionally, provided they can submit final documentation by the commencement of the academic term.

International Students

Foreign nationals and NRI candidates must present equivalent academic qualifications verified by the AIU. Proficiency in English is mandatory. We proudly welcome students globally to enrich our campus diversity.

Required Documentation

Please ensure all initial electronic submissions are clear and legible. Physical verification will occur post-admission.

Government Issued ID

Aadhar Card, Passport, or equivalent official identification.

10th & 12th Marksheets

Original and photocopies of 10th and 12th standard marksheets and passing certificates.

Passport Photographs

Four recent formal passport-sized photographs (white background).

Migration / Transfer Certificate

Original TC or Migration certificate from your previous institution (if applicable).
